Descriptif du poste

What will you do ?
You report directly to our Commercial Director and you are in charge of driving the performance of our Account Management team. A stellar Head of Account Management is expected to do the below, with a high degree of independence:

1. Commercial performance

  • Achieve growth targets (monthly and quarterly) by coming up with a concrete action plan
  • Handle the relationship with our high value accounts and maximize their revenue
  • Increase the share of wallet across the portfolio
  • Identify and test new revenue streams with the portfolio
  • Turn the Account Management function into a Supply to Demand Sales Machine

2. Project management

  • Take initiatives to help us build the best tooling stack for account managers and reinforce our Sales machine efficiency
  • Take initiatives to help accounts use the Side platform by themselves properly
  • Take initiatives with other departments (Ops, Finance, Product) to make our accounts always benefit from the best temp work experience of the market

3. Team management

  • You are responsible for reaching our hiring goals in Account Management
  • You are responsible for onboarding, training and coaching your team to make them constantly improve, you are demanding
  • You are responsible for your team’s KPIs and lead efficient weekly pipe reviews to help them reach their goals.

Profil recherché

You are a key player of our Growth team, you are the “hunting” kind of Account Manager, aligned with our culture of training, and an ambitious team player.

Skills expected

  • 3-5 years experience minimum in management, involving hiring, onboarding, training and steady performance reviews
  • Mastering of B2B Sales, with a Sales cycle over 3 months, C level decision makers, negotiation of framework agreements, and a technical tech product to sell
  • Ability to forecast your revenue with accuracy and control of your portfolio
  • Both analytical and hands-on
